If an item will be on backorder for longer than four weeks, Sensual Surprises will cancel the backordered item and promptly issue a full refund.

By law, all intimately worn apparel including bras, panties, thongs, swimsuits, etc cannot be returned. Also, items that have been worn, washed, damaged, dirty, smell like smoke or have pet hair will not be returned under any circumstance.
