If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Note: Not all items are refundable. 	A return and exchange form is enclosed with every package.
	Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning.
	Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item.
	If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the back of the form.
	Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
	There is no charge to exchange an item that is defective or is of the incorrect size or color. A one time $5 charge will be applied when exchanging a product for an entirely different product.

Please send your package, including your return and exchange form, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
